I already call for a complaint on the downgraded benefits one after another. You should do it too.

QUOTE(terence_say @ Mar 9 2016, 11:59 AM) Just called premier CS just now and the officer confirmed that only principal card can access to local ppl and 5 overseas ppl maximum 5 times a year, supp card no longer enjoy PPL benefit. wow.....your m2plat TP can transfer to VI account, please update us once it is complete. I express my disappointment and the CS start nervous as I can feel from her voice, I then cancel the Platinum 2 card directly as I already intend to do this few months back and I request to transfer all my TP under this card Platinum 2 card to my MAN U VI, to my surprise, the officer say yes and help me to transfer directly. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Mar 8 2016, 10:04 PM) Yes it is. Hope that the air miles won't be affected. If airlines conversion rate is affected, then no point keeping this card anymore. There are better cards out there that give you & sup cardholders free PPL entry with no AF. Then, MBB for sure will lose out in the competition.Maybank really sucks, it's the only bank which keeps revising the benefits... This post has been edited by kelvintt: Mar 9 2016, 02:28 PM |

You have a choice what to go for other cards. I run a business myself and I can understand how Maybank feel when cc customers are taking a cheap thrill with them, without spending much on their cards - escalating the operating expenses. I rather have 10 high value clients which gives me good profit anchor than a 1000 low income generating userMyself now start eyeing other cards |

Just called. They say the same whereby after 8th, no PPL access for sup card anymore.
My supp card just used the access on the 3rd in klia2, so whoever got rejected to maybe lodge a complaint? Well the CS seems blur as diff ppl got different answer haha. I called the number at the back of the card. Premier services but the telelink is about Amex lol |

There is no black and white from MBB stating they cancelled supp card PPL access other than cancellation of Priority pass. I guess if they do really charge, one can definitely fight for the waiver.

If yes then we sure have a strong case. |

It says VI have complimentary access to PPL, never they say Principal or Supplementary card holder. So to understand anyone holding a VI is eligible. |

If you're getting <40k miles a year I would say this card isn't worth it now.

haha... benefits one by one poof... only reason i can justify using this card is the 150k+ miles that i can earn per year based on spending.... they better not increase the exchange rate... Last april increase 6% because of GST already..
