Salary range of cyber and KL is more or less the same, only PJ/Damansara company offer slightly higher (5-10%)...cyber can be higher than KL if travelling allowance is offered.

but living cost in damansara also higher la....if u compare hawker stall or foodcourt. I used to work in all the places above, keep track of the market rate and also have visibility in payroll in most of the company I worked for.

Yes, especially Damansara/BU, generally higher. use the larger pool to compare, manager level - junior staff. which consist 90% of manpower in each company

if u compare director/ceo level then it cant be compare by location...

No bro, merely bcos of job opportunity, if ur logic Is right then ppl who driving all the way to work in cyber should be vr high pay brows.gif

and don't feel surprise, if we put KLCC/Intermark those top office space aside, PJ office rental is more expensive than KL city center also, based on the budget I worked for my ex co 2 years ago...KL have too many vacant office space but PJ/damansara not really...

That's just marketing gimmick. What we are looking at is whether it's a nice place to stay... You are still stuck with the vision.

We look at it as a well planned city and very nice residential areas.

Isn't in my posting i clearly stated cbj JUST another residential area , nothing more.

I m comparing rawang and cyberjaya distance wise. So u think it is insult to compare rawang to cyberjaya , obviously u r the one looking down on rawang , not vice versa.

Wow. You really blowwater with your facts.

Pj rental higher than kl central or klcc....biggest joke I ever hear.

No need to compare so far....just take klcc office tower median pay and compare with your pj office whatever tower. Do you know klcc have many o&g, telcos engineer?

Yes. I did try both routes. Both will get worse, rawang ( jalan batu arang side adding lot more townships ) & cbj ( ready for putra permai interchange nightmare )

Which residential area have so many MNC jut right next to it? Lol. Besides that I just want to say Rome is not built in one day. The journey of Cyerjaya just being revived recently for attracting companies. For residential also it was revived when other developers were invited to develop Cyberjaya few years ago.

Mind to share where is ur ideal and perfect place?

So u deem it as a work in progress or marketing gimmick for the MNC/IT hub etc etc. Now i m slightly confused.

If i work in KL, in current environment, within 20km travelling distance and mature neighbourhood would be alright.

From your initial claim on perception of Silicon Valley of Malaysia. I'm saying that those buying for own stay will see it as a nice place. Not buying into the marketing gimmick.

As for Cyberjaya, it's no ordinary residential like u claimed. Which residential away from KL CBD has many MNC just next to it? Also it's not the end of Cyberjaya. There's renew effort to bring more high value jobs here.

Anyway I'm curious why u only have negative things to say here. I don't mind if u can give constructive comments whether good or bad. R u even familiar with IT industry when u commented low value backend jobs only around?
