QUOTE(Soros007 @ Mar 3 2015, 08:38 AM) Thanks for the info bro. I usually get my chinese food fix in dengkil..oh ya..theres a superb char siew place near KLIA.. Some of the shops below I haven't been to and definitely will give them a try in my next trip back to M'sia. But obviously there is no kopitiam style shop with Chinese stalls in cyber right? and for me food is no problem as I work in KL...daily commute 40-1hr to and fro from Cyberjaya.. this place has everything i need as im a fitness junkie..Gyms, well maintained parks to jog and bring my dog for a walk, stadium for track workouts, basketball courts |

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Mar 4 2015, 02:33 PM) Expected type of ppl living in Cyberjaya:- currently I see a lot of middle eastern, african and pilaks.. 1). Spills over effect - ppl from Seri Kembangan / Puchong / Kajang / Serdang. 2). Local workforce in cyberjaya. 3). MEX driven user - KLCC / Bkt Jalil / Sri Petaling. 4). KLCC aviation workforce via ERL. With the opening of IOI Resort Mall, Mitsui premium outlet and another US outlet that completing soon , no doubt development of klang valley is moving south. Cyberjaya - will be one of the beneficiary. |

What are ur thoughts on the viability of opening a Chinese restaurant here in Cyberjaya?
Food would be along the line of Zhia but more of a family business kinda restaurant with better quality of food and better pricing.(i think u guys have an idea what I mean) been scouting around here and so far no competition in the market segment. Closest would be in Dengkil. still in the very early stages of planning this so all comments are welcome. |

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Mar 10 2015, 09:58 AM) Bro - Hurry up open la......morning bfast time couldn't find wan tan mee, fish ball noodles, prawn noodles etc before 11am.... too many café type food in cyber alr ...hoping to get some conventional Chinese restaurant with attractive pricing! Hurry up bro! yea..thats what im looking it..but gotta do my analysis firstjust worried about customer turnover during weekends. Weekdays definitely not an issue with students and office workers. its actually my partners idea as her family already has a successful restaurant using the same model in Sabah. Now its either expansion to Kota Kinabalu or some place in the Klang Valley. |

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Apr 8 2015, 09:52 AM) Definitely traffic will build up once they completed the interchange into SK via MEX. yea..even now sometimes its jam till the bukit jalil exit from KL...but I have a peace of mind once I pass Bukit Jalil I can press the pedal d..No more leisure cruising in MEX anymore later Not sure why there is never a speed trap in MEX, quite often to do 180 km/hr late midnight along MEX to/from KL. One straight road, easy to drive! now with the SK interchange it wont be the case anymore.. |

QUOTE(jubz @ Apr 18 2015, 03:03 PM) Folks, just to share a new makan place at Glomac. Thailand/Vietnam food. Same row as the Face2Face noodle shop. will try it later tonight.. https://www.facebook.com/viet.thai.canteen Simple thai/viet fare. I'd say maybe cafe/warung level. Quite reasonable priced between RM7~RM12/dish. The drinks are bit on the high side though. |
