anyone knows whats the new place with some retaurants? its near the arc and Cyberia..on the way to the ELITE highway

I usually get my chinese food fix in dengkil..oh ya..theres a superb char siew place near KLIA..

and for me food is no problem as I work in KL...daily commute 40-1hr to and fro from Cyberjaya..

this place has everything i need as im a fitness junkie..Gyms, well maintained parks to jog and bring my dog for a walk,stadium for track workouts,basketball courts

might try this for dinner later

currently I see a lot of middle eastern, african and pilaks..

just wondering how can I complain to majlis perbandaran sepang? the park in front of D'Pulze is littered with rubbish and nobody cleans it

funny thing is I always see landscape workers all around..

the signature coffee is good..dessert as well

too bad lacking hot food like Chubbies has..

thats my regular gym..haha..it suits my needs

theres currently 4 gyms in cyberjaya..

best part about this gym is u can utilize the swimming pool,3 tennis courts and 2 basketball courts which are all brand new

What are ur thoughts on the viability of opening a Chinese restaurant here in Cyberjaya?

Food would be along the line of Zhia but more of a family business kinda restaurant with better quality of food and better pricing.(i think u guys have an idea what I mean)

been scouting around here and so far no competition in the market segment. Closest would be in Dengkil.

still in the very early stages of planning this so all comments are welcome.

just worried about customer turnover during weekends. Weekdays definitely not an issue with students and office workers.

its actually my partners idea as her family already has a successful restaurant using the same model in Sabah. Now its either expansion to Kota Kinabalu or some place in the Klang Valley.

VP doesnt means got ppl stay also..lol

earliest would be middle of next year if I were to open.

thanks for the idea of breakfast guys..i myself notice the same thing cause i stay here..

breakfast is either mamak, papa rich or o'briens..

will definitely put this into consideration..

Location wise in term of location and parking from what I observe only CBD2 seems decent. Glomac is out of the question. Too many chinese restaurant and parking is a pain

Any thoughts on this? Maybe u can aware me on other shoplots opening soon?

well noodle shack is doing fairly well..their food is decent la..they have customers

penang village that one is crap..

anyways my restaurant wont be competing with them..its a different market segment

saw this the other day..why la tht chicken rice open right next to HK roaster..

hows the food there?

yea..even now sometimes its jam till the bukit jalil exit from KL...but I have a peace of mind once I pass Bukit Jalil I can press the pedal d..

now with the SK interchange it wont be the case anymore..

saw a shell station is gonna open near domain in 2016..

will try it later tonight..

saw this mall on the way to KLIA..

great for people whol live in Cyberjaya like me..an alternative to ioi city mall..

after dengkil and before a mcdonalds if im not mistaken

so 15mins seems about right

might be people working at the mall or going to Saba Restaurant..lol

anyways..i have seen a few koreans and japanese staying at dpulze

but all these africans are a nuisance..very serious

if u guys hope for Cyberjaya prices to go up..all these africans need to go..ALL OF THEM FROM EVERY SINGLE development here
