Mostly mature area r congested like sardine, coz buildings r growing like mushroom unable to control, so r very untidy, u send your kids to playground also need to keep an eye on your kids, bila bila hilang.. 20km sound near, but time taken to a destination may require same time u reach melaka..

Amenities like bicycle lane, pedestrian, wide road, excellent public transport and punctuality, perfect connectivity, ur place have?

Once CJ sudah connect HSR, mrt ready only i can say housing demand wether new or subsale will pick up dramatically...

Now all is in the plan but yet to be executed....

I think alot potential homeowners interested but if they work quite a distance away from cj, that will negate them away from buying at CJ...

I wouldnt wanna buy at the fringes southern of klang valley early in my career life...if suddenly i change company and workplace relocate to more northern part of klang valley that already give me a lot of hassle to go work...

Thats why a lot of ppl still traditionally prefers to buy in a more central location within klang valley area like puchong, shah alam, subang jaya, pj, damansara...

It's becoz house in cbj are bigger PSF, making people thinking twice to buy in cbj, coz price from 900k++ for landed..

For work, to stay in cbj are not a problem at all, if allocation elsewhere, 40mins to damansara, 45min to PJ and KL, 30 mins to puchong town, 20mins to shah alam, 30 mins to subang, during peak hour seems okay...

For leisure, yeah its a little too far... Famous and nice food are all too far away, all are above 30 mins away, even klang seafood r abt 90 mins away..

Place like damansara last time without lrt ppl say 200k+ condo r expensive... Now with lrt price are 600k++ condo.. So maybe people r patient n rich, they rather wait for lrt and buy at 600k++ only consider cheaper.. Place like rawang if can hold 20 yrs, price r booming also.. See, now rawang doing great also.. So no right or wrong, just u can wait or hold or not only..

Could be a typo error, but take it from a Klang guy, Cyberjaya is not 90 minutes away from Klang... At highway speed limits, I'd be able to reach Port Dickson in 90 minutes.

I only need less than 45 mins from Cyberjaya to Klang Teluk Gong and still within speed limit...not sure how this joker needs 90 mins?
90 mins I can reach Melaka downtown already from cyberjaya.

Most people say cyberjaya is sibehfar. Because not many people knw how to go cyberjaya. They may need waze or oth gps to guide them. And not many people will use Mex because not all from kl city. Without Mex, sure they feel cyberjaya is sibehfar

Going anywhere within Klang Valley also need to pay more, intra city toll most of them also have price hike. Public transport also increase.

rest our case to convince the naysayers..if we tell them damansara height is a high end place to live, you will have people still out there who disagree with it. we don't need to continue to please and convince them...we have people who have very rigid mind who is not willing to open their mind..save your breathe and time, enjoy the your time and eat pop corns. smile.gif

siberfarjaya is the most controversial one...very far

for eg, many ppl stay in kajang, puchong. during peak hour 6-8pm, travel from office to home can easily take 1.5hour. but KL to cyber home, 45mins or less. toll charges is not cheap...but if u talk about far compare with time spent on the traffic, not really...

Do u know office can be categorize by class ? I already said, put aside those top office like KLCC or intermark, those are AAA class or with platinum level. compare office with same class, PJ is higher

many Telco engineer so each of them is highly paid ? u expect chinaman company like ZTE/Huawei offer good pay? dream on, they beat Ericson with lower quotation to win the project so they control their HR budget gao gao also. maxis still ok but they also benchmark the pay of surrounded company.

PJ/damansara also got a lot of big mnc la, IBM, HP, KPMG, shlumberger, BAT...too many la...try to compare they offer from fresh grad, junior staff, exec to mgr...check with your recruiter contact if u know any smile.gif

Cyberjaya is death town. Sure for many people who come to view property during sunday. Restaurant close on sunday. People off on sunday. Can park the car in the mid of road for 5 min. Can i say is death town?

I stay in Damansara Heights(weekend) and Cyberjaya(weekday)..

I prefer Cyberjaya biggrin.gif

1) DH doesnt have affordable food anymore. Bloody hipster cafes coming up all over
2) DH doesnt have a pusat komuniti which is decent unlike Cyberjaya
3) Parking anywhere is DH is a bitch.
4) DH Traffic is shit due to the MRT and Damansara City project. Gonna get worse once Damansara City operates
