Personally I think the landed with good quality living environment and landscape that give you resort feels in cyberjaya are SEG and SH only.
Sejati Residences, Garden Residences - very conventional residential house project only.
Go to visit these projects and feel it yourself what you actually want la.

Boss, mind to share the rental how much ? biggrin.gif

I absolutely agree! The Putrajaya lake view is superb. The accessibility is good (in / out from cyberjaya), close to Shaftbury Sq. We almost put in an offer to buy one of the own-build bungalows however the drawback is the security that anyone is allowed to come in by waving to the guard or saying that visiting show unit!
*
As I know MBTL security is strict now compare to last time.

Boss, another option is buy a land next to MBTL and build your own bungalow biggrin.gif brows.gif

I like the location too, plan to cycle to shaftsbury or dpulze in future cool2.gif is just that the façade of the condo not so nice.....OSK really need to improve it...

Never believe Barang Naik can transform it as the next Silicon Valley however superb living environment with only 20mins travel time away from KLCC / KLIA is not a bad choice at all (especially the landed price is still so attractive!).

Checked alr...no sign of Chinese b'fast at all at that Glomac area.
The roasted pork, chicken rice is nice. Mixed rice is OK so so nothing to proud about.
Saw also mian dui main (pan mee) + one more Vietnamese / Thai street food shop opening in April.
Think have to visit that shop when back to M'sia in next few weeks.

I reckon if Cyberjaya has a HDB type food court with high hygiene and choices, must be able to attract crowds.

Bro, u may encourage those dengkil hawker expand their biz in cyberjaya... brows.gif

How many hawker centre in Dengkil?
I been to one and not impressed by the centre at all.
Very old, dirty, hot, congested parking space and nothing great to shout about the food and not cheap also.
Perhaps you can enlighten me which is the good one pls?
*
there are not many proper food stall in dengkil, most of the makan place are old style..

perhaps u can try the aircon claypot restaurant @ dengkil, opposite the cemetery got 2 row of shop right , it located at the back and corner shop. it is crowded during lunch hour.

Definitely traffic will build up once they completed the interchange into SK via MEX.
No more leisure cruising in MEX anymore later sad.gif
Not sure why there is never a speed trap in MEX, quite often to do 180 km/hr late midnight along MEX to/from KL.
One straight road, easy to drive!
*
180kmj shocking.gif

normally I cruise 100-110kmj , 30mins from mirage to KLCC icon_rolleyes.gif if there is no jam after the salak south toll.
