Cyberjaya lacks of iconic place or monuments for tourism. I wish Cyberjaya can build a man made river for tourism.

There future of Cyberjaya is looking slightly less bright. There are two big MNC's planning to move out. Will the people who work for those MNC's move away as well?
*
what about those new MNC companies coming in? taking those into consideration?

Moving in and out are norm..it's just like MNC companies in KL are moving in and out as well

Which one is the most expensive ? Is GR the cheapest among all?

I would say GR buy would have the best deal among all the landed residential area.

Lao said the second mass rapid line was not be likely to be affected by the revised Budget 2015, adding that the Government has announced that the line would extend to Putrajaya Sentral.

He said he received indications that the line would stop at several stations (in Cyberjaya) before the Putrajaya Sentral station.

“Coupled with the recently announced Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High Speed Rail project with a station situated near the Putrajaya-Cyberjaya border, these two major transportation projects are expected to enhance the real estate value in Cyberjaya,” he pointed out.

GR owners will benefit as result of this public transportation - highspeed train to Singapore and MRT 2?

This makes Cyberjaya very unique, they have a website for 3 years now to continuously gather feedback from the public in improving the overall city itself, they mean business when comes to Cyberjaya. you don't see any other city putting efforts like this to gather feedback like Cyberjaya.

Cyberjaya truly a unique city to live in. smile.gif

Now Pangaea just look like another high density development?

Sigh. Disappointing OSKP.
*
Why the Pangaea buyers never consider SkyPark back then? The area in Pangaea is too dense..
Skypark is nearer to the MRT stopovers too

Cyberjaya has the potential.. but also depend on how all the developers execute their projects. Hope mrcb can make ccc ong la.

Few years ago, people completely wrote off Cyberjaya. Progressively over the last 2 years, people have started buying for own stay, and we also see people now ( the naysayers ) start to accept Cyberjaya as the next potential hotspot...Are they going to go all out to buy cyberjaya properties at some time in the future? ..most likely yes.....For those people who are still waiting to see how or write off cyberjaya, they will surely regret later for not believing in the people who had bought units here.

I did not regret of not buying it during those early years when these 'people' wrote off our view. Now I am just eating porn corns and enjoying the ride and studying how people perception change by the months. Quite frankly it's quite fascinating and enjoying to see these changes of opinion from people from dislike to doubts to then start believing in cyberjaya ..It s like Cyberjaya is performing some kind of experiment on these group of naysayers who were so set in their mind then and now make them change their mind slowly .. smile.gif

You don't need a fortune teller to tell you Cyberjaya is a place that never go wrong. But what I don't agree with Joey Yap is that, accordingly to him, it will boom only in 2024, I supposed his presumption is made with the knowledge he has on how MRT 2 and HSR will be ready in 2022 and that it takes another 2 years for mass population to come in as result of 'additional' spill over effects from other places..eg ( Singapore, Melaka, Seremban, Puchong, Seri Kembangan, Cheras, Subang, Damansara ) and also of the transportation convenience people might have to come to Cyberjaya.

His definition of boom and mine are probably different too.

Cyberjaya was already booming after which Shaftbury, D-Pulze and IOI Resort City Mall have gone into business operation in full swing since last year. With more residential properties will be VIP in the next 1 - 2 years or so, while Skypark, Tamarind, KLIO are also going to complete in 2017, and potentially many more MNC companies will be coming into Cyberjaya ( due to weak malaysian currency ), we don't see any reasons why Cyberjaya wil not be booming further in 2017 onwards, despite CCC phase 1+2 will be ready in 2020. Honestly speaking i would NOT want Cyberjaya to boom until 90%-100% of its capacity it can support because it will cause massive jam + polution while depleting the resources within the city. I would like it to boom in between somewhere near 60% - 70% so that it can support and sustain its capacity as green city. But i know this will not happen because of its ideal city with well planned and mature infrastructure in place where eventually more people will start buying into it. I just hope that day it will not come so soon.

For those who are looking for landed, my advice is to go for Garden Residence Cyberjaya, as it's not too near nor too far away from the future Skypark, MRT2, HSR, ERL stopovers and Cyberjaya City Centre. You have the convenience if it's for ownstay and high return of investments if it's for investment. smile.gif

A lot of cbj fansi still dont get it when it comes to perception. Yes , if cbj indeed does turn up to be what was envisioned i.e. Silicon valley of malaysia, it will be fantastic place to live with the high pay jobs just right next to ur door step.

hasec - why do you think that if it's only silicon valley here in Cyberjaya, it will be a good place to stay in? why not the other way round or a mixture of everything? and what makes you think that the pay in cyberjaya is not high? I work here. we see alot of luxury cars, more than any other new city/town under development. And btw, when you said Cyberjaya is not silicon valley, let me say this, Cyberjaya has not reached the finishing line, it's still in the sprint. For years to come still, Government will keep attracting MNC to set up their offices here. When will it reach the Silicon Valley level, it's still a question mark. Don't write it off just like how the naysayers wrote Cyberjaya 5 years ago. smile.gif

But no, it has already been given up long time ago that dream. Now cbj is just another residential township located more than 40KM away from KL city centre ( thats even further than rawang - KL and yes , rawang has highway too if u may ask) , the so called high tech jobs turn out to be low value backend processing jobs and heck even that we cant compete with india. Shell are cutting 1300 of them and moving to india.

hasec - we work here in Cyberjaya, we developed the most critical systems for US, Europe and those system can generate over US 100 millions of revenues yearly, this is the only one feedback coming from me, what about those other companies in Cyberjaya? Yes there are backend processing job, but there are also high value jobs generated here in Cyberjaya that are mission critical.. Do your homework correctly, my friend.

So are you saying Rawang is better than Cyberjaya? What satelite cities it has around Rawang? Cyberjaya not only has few mature satelite cities around, but it also has two big freaking airports around that can generate traffics along the Cyberjaya/Putrajaya. The way you perceive Cyberjaya and Rawang are bringing down the house. Another shallow and uneducated freak

Nobody cares about putrajaya. Just like no one would chase after properties in canberra or washington d c. All they want is new york manhattan or melbourne suburb.

hasec - Who doesn't care about Putrajaya? Can you back up with facts? Washington's and canberra properties are one of the top 5 most appreciation and valuable properties in its country. Never do your homework again? ok enough wasting time on ppl like you. You should not buy Cbj. don't want ppl like you in the city.. smile.gif

rest our case to convince the naysayers..if we tell them damansara height is a high end place to live, you will have people still out there who disagree with it. we don't need to continue to please and convince them...we have people who have very rigid mind who is not willing to open their mind..save your breathe and time, enjoy the your time and eat pop corns. smile.gif

The RM11bil CCC wont be attractive without the HSR in Putrajaya Sentral!
See the link: - http://www.cyberjayacity.com/10-things-you...ity-centre-ccc/
HSR is still there - item 4.
*
My source told me there will be on HSR stopover at the Putrajaya Sentral, just like how he told me MRT will be planned to connect to Putajaya Sentral in 2012. Quite reliable.

The map taken from the spad and other website that never mentioned HSR in putrajaya Sentral are old news

Some ppl just don't have the common sense and analytical skill prior to making the judgment.
Currently Cyberjaya are mainly MNC offices...but try to go to D Pulze...you will be surprise that parking is only available at B3 nowadays on weekend!
*
you couldn't have put it in a better way.. A lot naysayers n bias dudes don't judge by facts n data about cyberjaya, they judge by what they assume and hearsay from other people. No analytics skills at all but want to be Mr-know-it-all.

Just because Shell cuts jobs they jumped into conclusion.. Then they just ignore other facts like how other big mnc companies are growing and setting up the office here in cbj. How their mind work is so primitives..

If you tell them Google + apple will set up the office here in years time they will think it s impossible

At times, it s fun to see how they draw conclusion..it just make you laugh..
