QUOTE(hkboey @ Nov 16 2013, 04:39 PM) Haha, no choice. Life goes on... we have stay on to live, so must adapt. No tokio marine. AIA only got one policy but that premium is not much, so the 1% extra doesnt seem to cover the time, parking n petrol. I have prudential, hong leong assurance, great eastern n msig. Can recommend any CC that can give better than the TMC benefits? HLA premium you should pay online with RHB VS to get unlimited 5%

Anything that is annual fee, GST, BT, cash advance, penalty, bank imposed fees/charges such as financial charges/interest should NOT be considered as retail spending or swipe.
As for installment plan on the spot or converted installment plan (after swipe) is gray area depends on bank T&C.

If GE card only change the retail spending to 1%, I think the GE card better than titanium card because GE insurance 3% + medical/education 1.5% + retail spending 1%.

QUOTE(Pink Spider @ Nov 18 2013, 10:09 AM) How about the auto RM50 rebate to offset GST upon swiping RM10,000 in a year? Rules of Banking T&C, "If it ain't there, means its not going to be offered". But lets wait for final revised product sheet after 29 Nov. Its still subject to changes, depending on how the Card performs post 29 Nov. For sure those with Auto Debit for Telco will change. Also for Hypermarkets, petrol, Restaurants, will see some attrition. But the 1% unlimited Retail Spending is good for high value items such as Insurance, Jewelery, etc
