If GE card only change the retail spending to 1%, I think the GE card better than titanium card because GE insurance 3% + medical/education 1.5% + retail spending 1%.

I received the letter today and there is 1 statement for GE card stated as below "We are also giving you an additional RM50 rebate upon a minimum retail spend of RM2500 in the month of January 2014!" So for those still holding the GE card, don't miss this. Spend RM2500 in January 2014 and you will get total 3% rebate (1% + additional 2%).

QUOTE(philipkyw @ Dec 21 2013, 09:41 PM) Hi Guys, if wish to swipe wedding dinner expenses (probably ~8k++ in 1 of the restaurant, during Sunday) via credit card, is there any good recommendation on the credit cards? (via cash back/rebate/discount/points, etc) OCBC titanium: 1% cash back unlimited, get rebate about RM80 Maybank 2 card: cap at RM 50 (but need to pay RM50 on 1st application..) Does it still have additional points? UOB one card: 0.3%... too low Citibank cashback: 0.3%... too low Thanks For Amex, you will get total rm210 (rm50 + rm160) for 8k spending

QUOTE(LaiN87 @ Feb 17 2014, 09:44 PM) I have canceled my OCBC card too. OCBC not worth keeping especially now without the RM50 GST rebate. Even Maybank2card AMEX without weekends can get 2.5% on anything you buy. 5x reward points. Beats this OCBC without doubt. Maybank2card and WISE for me. 2.5% was before TP inflation, now is 2%
