i suspect in the aftermath of this new policy, UOB will be the biggest beneficiary as IMHO the One card is as close as it gets.

However for utilities, there isn't really a better card even at 1% is there?

hlb wise card, mbb2cards, uob one card, citibank cashback platinum card are the biggest beneficiaries now...

but hlb wise card u need to spend 10xrm50 per month to get the 10% cash back per month if im not mistaken...

yup, of those cards, the wise card needs minimum amounts of spending, the mbb2cards only on weekends, the cashback platinum only credits the cash back upon reaching the cashback limit.

Seems like the almighty Titanium can never ever be eclipsed

I'm just wondering about HLB Wise Card, if the annual fee cannot waive, Gold card rm160 Plat card rm300 would be a issue

from ocbc CS yesterday, they still not sure the annual usage bonus will still be a retain feature or not. they say will be announce during 29 Nov

aih. just got this card in July 2013. There goes my RM50 GST since I'm not planning to use it anymore. It's time to switch to my UOB once again

if u use 5k and above, the will levy the GST RM25. if 10k and above=RM50 levy.

pay for insurance & medical expenses also can get 1% rebate is it?
if yes then i convert my HLB Essential to Wise, then this card keep for Insurance and Medical Expenses.

After comparing most cards, i think i going to keep this card. The 1% rebate and GST offset plus no annual fee still beats most of the cards out there.
