They lost a lot of customers, now they realised they made a mistake, so bringing back attractive feature like titanium ?

don't think that it would be as attractive it was.

and they had some bad experience with me... not sure they still want me as their customer. sweat.gif

yes, but not because of they changing the 5% to 1%.
decreasing the rebate is not their fault anyway. it's still a business. tongue.gif

there were fraud online transactions with my card and the issue was not handled properly.
the CS on the phone can't help much. after sending email and posted in their FB, someone who seems to know more helped me corrected my credit report and explained to me everything.

then another issue was the e-banking not accessible for >1 week. their CS was not helpful at all, keep saying next week next week.. so i have to post it in facebook and they fixed it in few hours.

not sure if what i posted sounded rude, but i was really angry. sweat.gif

Yeah it was 24k P.A. up till 24th April 2014. OCBC had to revise the min annual income due to regulation from BNM, heard a few foreign banks are going to revise their min income required too in the near future.

In regards to the new card of OCBC, couldn't reveal much as i dont have first hand information  tongue.gif . But from reliable sources it's coming very soon. within a week or two.

What would happen to those guys with income of only RM24K who applied and got approved. Will OCBC downgrade their Card?

But what matters is also the redemption points. If give 10x reward points but need very high points to redeem useless gifts also back to square 1

60k P.A. for titanium card but there may be new card coming out during mid of may, do keep an eye on the credit cards offered by OCBC from time to time now.
*
Really?
How did you find that out?
I'm seriously considering cancelling my Titanium card already, since I have some other cards that serves my purpose better.
Any more info on the new card?

Ya, different card users may have different usage pattern...
I was looking for unlimited CB last time, almost get the HL Essential card.
Now I just treat my ocbc tmc as if I got the HL Essential card...similar features  laugh.gif
Yes, I am keeping ocbc tmc for the same reason : big ticket items that not accepting Amex.
Just to share my big amount swipe in March on my ocbc tmc...  icon_rolleyes.gif

1. I swiped 12k on an investment product with ocbc tmc (not accepting Amex) >> Got RM120 CB which would be only RM50 max in the past.
2. I got the annual usage bonus from ocbc, most probably due to this irregular swipe. Worth RM75 (principal+supp).
3. I cancelled the investment during cooling period (felt not a good investment after reconsideration) >> I got refunded in cheque >> I put into eFD to earn 3% for one month before my ocbc tmc due date.  drool.gif
4. I BT 12k to Watami cc on 0% interest 6mth installment >> further pace out the cash outflow for another 6mth, more eFD interest, and get reward point in the process.
5. ...
*
pay with card refund with cheque, pls share which com. tq

wan do same like u to get cash dump to housing loan laugh.gif
