Try to cancel my card, reason given to CS being less benefit compare to before. CS said term & condition not confirm yet till end of November. They may update again. Let see is it false hope or not.

let's hope for the best! rclxms.gif

by the way, they did not issue any letter to us. just posted the announcement on their website?
some of my friends do not know about this. doh.gif

normally they charge 1% on top of what you spent (after conversion to MYR).

OCBC card must be very easy to clone.  Again my OCBC Card, someone tried to use for Online Transaction but failed.

Why failed - cos I did not activate for Online Banking after my earlier card was cloned.

Was told to monitor - if got attempt to use my Card, have to get a new Card again.
*
i have cancelled my credit card finally, after my credit card got fraud and the CS couldn't handle my case properly.
sweat.gif sweat.gif

why so many fraud issue with ocbc lately?

Just to update: their cs told me they had merged your cc account with your inactive accounts that you used to have with them, thats why you are unable to login. Genius, they need another 7 working days to rectify the problem

mine is ok now after complaining. sweat.gif

They lost a lot of customers, now they realised they made a mistake, so bringing back attractive feature like titanium ?
*
don't think that it would be as attractive it was.

and they had some bad experience with me... not sure they still want me as their customer. sweat.gif

haha you screw them kaw kaw when you terminate your titanium?  laugh.gif

yes, but not because of they changing the 5% to 1%.
decreasing the rebate is not their fault anyway. it's still a business. tongue.gif

there were fraud online transactions with my card and the issue was not handled properly.
the CS on the phone can't help much. after sending email and posted in their FB, someone who seems to know more helped me corrected my credit report and explained to me everything.

then another issue was the e-banking not accessible for >1 week. their CS was not helpful at all, keep saying next week next week.. so i have to post it in facebook and they fixed it in few hours.

not sure if what i posted sounded rude, but i was really angry. sweat.gif
