I think more on spending than annual salary. Mine was just 36K when I applied for it.
I did spent a lot less after I get my Wise card. But last 2-3 months was most active. Bought 5-6k or air tickets for my boss, my son and wife insurance 3-4k and I also bought some phones and tablets worth few K ( helping friends buy and earn cash back ). Was dead set going to terminate it because can't reach 10k spending to waive GST, but suddenly flux of spending and it was waived for the final time.
If can't reach 10k to waive the GST, it's still ok to retain this card coz the holding cost of this card is only rm4 per month. If one does not own a Watami card, OCBC Ti is one of the best 1% CB cards when MBB2Amex not accepted and limited three Wise card catergories not covered. To add icing on the cake, it is AF free and unlimited CB.
As a working adult qualified for OCBC Ti, I'm sure there will be big ticket items like insurance premium, major car repaire bill, hospital bill, gadgets, flight tickets, etc to help achieve the 10k GST waiver requirement.

To ALL:
I just published a freaking long article where I did a comparison between OCBC Titanium MasterCard versus OCBC "fake" World MssterCard. And the OCBC Titanium MasterCard beat the heck out of the OCBC WMC.
Like I said, it's a freaking long article and in the article I touched on many subjects which may not interest most of you. But if you really got time to waste, click the link below and find out why we should just stick with our OCBC TMC instead of getting the OCBC WMC:
AGAIN - A Little Bit of This and A Little Bit of That.I agree with you that it is not worth switching to OCBC WMC since the AF is not auto waiver.
