QUOTE(kelvinlzy @ May 29 2015, 04:38 PM) At least you will gain interest from the FD, better than nothing. But even if in home loan account, you still earn ( and earn more due to higher interest compared to FD) just that it is use to pay interest in home loan. Maybe the con is that when you withdraw you need to pay additional fee.

But again if your income:debt ratio is low then you might have a tough time to get CC without pledging FD. Just try apply first, who knows what will happen. Just my 2 cents.

Hi, wanted to ask some question not sure is it been asked before..
anyone of you guys did apply cc through phone, 3rd party such as imoney, ringgit plus etc? As concern , our own privacy details will be exposed to these 3rd party and its quite danger for us rite?
I have read alot of con case such as people apply cc behalf of us, u apply for 1 but actually its more than 1.. those conman use ur detail n get another cc for themselves. Is it possible or how secure its these? appreciate if someone have a clear answer thanks.

QUOTE(13aby @ Jun 1 2015, 12:59 PM) do they check CCRISS ? or straight approve once FD is open . No idea. My record is spotless so whether they check or not, it's still a waste of time for them. Depends on the person in charge, I think? My officer just took my FD slip and get me my card the next day.

QUOTE(MasBoleh! @ Jun 2 2015, 02:49 PM) Let's say my dad do not have a will . Who is the administrator? By default, your mum should be the administrator unless you apply to the court for another person. If I am not mistaken.
