And still able to park 2 cars side by side...

no brochure or pamphlet coz still yet to launch.

Start to launch on these March

My cousin starts q at 2 am this morning until 2 pm today still cant sign his SnP. Wonder why the project so hype

So cheap price below subsale. Usually developer price above subsale as subsale need to pay 5+% of transaction fees plus ppl always want new house.

Furthermore, if you further factor in leasehold vs freehold in RB case.

The only savior is RB are somewhat a "chinese" place.

My friend q from 10pm 24/2 to next day. Managed to book an unit and went home @ 430pm 25/2. Dont know why they insist to pass the cheque to lawyer by owner themselves. They kan can accept & hold the cheque since it is given till Wed to sign snp.

I think pentas 6 only left corner units.

you can definitely get 20x70 at rimbayu for less than 650K if you are early bird back then...

They should focus on commercial. Look at their subsales. Proposed shopping mall also quite some time ago

Units left for Pentas 6 as of 4pm 26/2. Sell like hotcakes. Bravo to I&P!! With 3% rebate, free MOT, it cost about 620K+ for a freehold double storey house. Worth buying. Smaller build up but larger land size compared to Elmina and BR

compare current launch with resent prop launch la. if based on this theory u shld compare setia alam or botanic launch for below 200k.

Market is bad only for prop>800k.
This can be seen everywhere launching in KL/Selangor - landed units below that price are still selling like hot cake.
Buyers' passion still there, just one gap for most local buyers for their income to obtain bank loan.

This is true, particularly in AI.

Tari 3 at 900k price point even with larger built-up are only around 46% sold. Pentas 6 at 640k price point sold out within a day.

Be ready of all upcoming launches in AI will be smaller built up to keep price point low.

Next launch in the pipeline under planning is phase A3-05.
