Is the waste released by the nearly factory resolve? It's a bad odour when was there few months ago.. If the factory is still there I think is hard to boost the this residential area..

Last meeting outcome was start construction in October this year. Normally after 20-30% groundwork they will launch it.

Got the info from sales by end of Feb 2017...but not so sure the actual completed date

SA say new phase to be launched in Jan 22x75, 4room 3bath, exp price 640k. Facade look almost the same as other phases. Already got scale model there.

So cheap. Like cheaper than subsales nia. Usually new launch is 30++% higher than subsale.

From 640k onwards, the built up will be smaller around 1900.

APDL issuance still unable to obtained, the launch of this phase is delayed. Was told hopefully in Jan 2017 can get and launch. Originally was to launch before 2016 ends.

Much smaller build-up < 2000sqft for this phase compared to all other phases min. above 2300 sqft. Also smallest foot print for I&P AI. Developer wanted to lower down the entry cost so can push more sales.

Sub-sales are facing hard time here in Alam Impian.

Most places sub sale aso struggling. InP strategy to reduce price with smaller built up might work. Nukilan last 2yrs selling at 688k for 22x80 with 2500sf. This one seems to be a good deal. Ind title can extend after completion.

CIMB bank released the last payment. According to I&P, targetted date is somewhere 3rd jan for VP

I suggest to take the last holiday to have a look at the house. I dont think I will be 100% satisfy to be handed VP for that condition.

3rd January they send a letter..VP supposed to be on 24th..

Thanks for the suggestion. Already did that and identify more than 10 defects by just looking at the exterior of the house
