Care to share the sort of defects you found?

- Crocked grill
- Unpainted grill at the bottom causing rusty water stain on wall at the back
- Small crack on tiles at main door (was okay earlier)
- Water stain on ceiling at back yard (repainted but stain still visible)
- Dust bin door lock alignment - hard to lock
- Cracked wood panel at the side of the main door (some part fixed)
- Crack lines on the wall especially at the joint (most of them fixed)
- Hole in wall (fixed)
- Broken plaster board near the main door (fixed)
- Uneven finishing at the bottom of the pillar in car porch
- Stained tiles at car porch
- Slanted wall at the corner of the kitchen and utility room (better after fix but wall still slanted)
- Uneven window panel (fixed)

inp projects nowadays sudah tak boleh pakai...one owner complain over 600 defects and compile in one booklet in one of their project
in Ai.....beyond repair houses, sinking house no proper foundation and they force to buy back
that is nothing attractive abt them and their projects especially in down market....almost zero enhancement on value

i always thought I&P is one of the reputable dev?no?

I have been to two of their Tari 3 houses during construction, which are scheduled for completion Aug this year, and I have to applaud their workmanship. Looking at what @munfatt have to say, it may be different from what it looks like now upon VP.

Sure? applause for inp construction quality ....houses beside main road wt superb material and qualilty

overall....dev mentality now is fast fast build cincai deliver and move on...all abt money inside out...who cares abt quality and material and buyers feeling or buyers hard earn money
choice NOW is EITHER u buy u lose now and possibly being auction off later
OR just stop and dont buy anything NOW and let dev lose and beg u to buy later with tonnes of offer

as of now....dev is piling up on unsold stock
as a wise investor...just stop buying NOW

this is a very EXPENSIVE question leh.....
HOWEVER we hv a cheaper trailer version...
......as usual "shiok" will come after drastic pain......so feel feel when many are in pain

Thanks for sharing. Maybe I've got the unit with the most defects Hopefully more fixes will be done in another 1 weeks' time. Overall, I'm still okay with their workmanship. No developer on earth that can give us zero defect. Would like to know who if there is any.
