No need to have wong & vibrant commercial area in AI la bro if you want to live peacefully there, if there are vibrant ones nearby within 5 mins driving distance should be sufficiecnt.

Yah, in every phase of resi they should launch about 5 units of shoplots, convenient for ppl to walk there to buy newspapers, groceries or bread etc. If no shoplots nearby, then every time oso must drive to get something, then susah lo!
