on a side note alam inpian facade n quality is top notch..much btr than even gamuda lan in my opinion.. ai houzes look v nice but i will nvr stay thr due to lack of commercial shoplot as u mention

i have few friends who respectively bought Rimbayu and Alam Impian.

Surprisingly, the ones who bought BR regretted like hell as compared with the AI buyers. Heard BR subsales and occupancy of Chimes (handed over 6 months ago) is really bad.

If fast forward 5 years from now, i don't think canal city buyers will be happier than AI for buying leasehold property at much higher price and at worst off location
