Surprising that the Pentas 6 sold out like hot cakes. Pentas 5 & Tari 3 still got leftover units from developer?

For those who missed Pentas 6, maybe the upcoming 24x80 launching will be your interest.

Some info to share (not confirmed, insider news):
1. Phase A3-05, 24x80 DSL, built-up~2000sqft, tentative pricing RM750k.
2. Planning to launch within this 2 months (but I personally think not possible).
3. Floor plan and site layout not out yet.
4. Rebate, free S&P and MOT no news.

Again, nothing confirmed, all at planning stage.

For new launches, AFAIK, none. Subsale on those early days unit, maybe can get.

For recent Pentas 6:
1. Public rebate 3%, bumi rebate = 3% + 10%
2. Free MOT and S&P

unless they are desperate to clear sales... quite unlikely... and by the time they offer this kind of package... your house price will be jack up quite alot already... after all they wont really bear it themselves...

I don't think they need to do that, since Pentas 6 with only 3% rebate was snapped up so fast. Free everything and only sign on the dotted line? The queue will go all the way till Johor, but that's bad as it will only encourage flippers.

so u pay more interest to bank can be consider richer than them? 50k cash extra worth of interest.... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif and frankly speaking.... the majority who bought might have FAMA sponsor... or they are really good in their job that they can save that amount... for my point of view saving 50k before 26 years old is possible...
