on a side note alam inpian facade n quality is top notch..much btr than even gamuda lan in my opinion.. ai houzes look v nice but i will nvr stay thr due to lack of commercial shoplot as u mention

commercial area doesnt mean 1/2/3 rows of shops..need to be many many shops with many diff amenities available.. On a side note, the back side of ai is sentosa n the surrounding areas..

wow vry confident but remember rimbayu VP n price increase only 12% while most props during d same time frame increase 20-30%..

Canal also LH which is a major issue moreso when its far away frm KL n the major job hubs.. On a side note i hv alrd mentioned all alam impian problems above..

yes definitely btr than alam impian r rimbayu canal city or bukit rimau aso.. I strongly sapot KK n bkt tinggi area with major commercial area..

2. Damansara heights got 2 mrt stations namely pusat bandar damansara & semantan
3. nobody said lrt area conclude high end but some1 said they wana keep alam impian area more exclusive with no train
