Just an update for you guys. I bought from DiGi, filed tribunal on 23/09/2013, today their supervisor from the HTC helpline called me at 7.02pm and asked that I send my unit to Kelana Centre Point, which is SiS Distribution's office to get my phone fixed - which I will do so tomorrow morning.
My hearing's on 10th of October 2013, and if they do not fix it by then I will proceed with my tribunal claim, and I will claim for my money back as this is the 2nd time I am sending to HTC for "repair". The HTC hotline supervisor asked me to send to SiS service center instead of Brightstar's Berjaya Times Square service center, which leads me to believe SiS's Kelana Jaya got a better service center? Seriously, has anybody gotten their camera problem fixed by the SC? Or we all just banging balls here. |

Still waiting for 4.3 update. News in BlinkFeed said that it's already rolled out to international version of HO. I just checked just now. Seems like it haven't arrived in Malaysia yet. Maybe I'll check again tomorrow morning.

Tribunal law is that you file claim against the party you purchased from. You can file claim against anybody you like, I don't care. I don't know about foreigner & tribunal. Do you think we could group up together and request for a perfect unit or refund ? since after repair it will gone worst or remain the same issue.
