My initial plan was to wait their 4.3 update and see if the problem was solved or not since i have no extra phone when i send it to repair.

Do you think we could group up together and request for a perfect unit or refund ? since after repair it will gone worst or remain the same issue.

Should we group up and request for refund/exchanging to another model(such as butterfly S) since they cant fix the issue or making worse of the phone condition ?

anyone can advice ?

If your purchase is within 14 days i think can straight tribunal for a refund. But i would suggest to nego with SIS first at least you as a consumer has tried your best before going to court. I would be confidently arguing with them if i did my part communicate with and yet they refused to treat customers rationally.  (Of course not all the time customer is right. Don't be naive)
