I agree, we must stick together to claim our right as consumer, i want a 100% effective product, not a lab rat  maybe we should all meet in their service center to voice our displeasure 

Should we group up and request for refund/exchanging to another model(such as butterfly S) since they cant fix the issue or making worse of the phone condition ?

Update: I got a new replacement set. Sealed. But once again disappointment. Cosmetic defect. Top part got gap and above sim tray the black bezel for small dent -___-. Immediately gave it back for 1 to 1 exchange again. And then bash them n said em to bash thr superior to let them know how consumer feels about the flagship model of the brand!

Oh and my replacement set also made in China. By what I've noticed, the made in Taiwan red sets have no issues. But I think In Malaysia all made in China red models. Somemore the red color also seemed like faded a bit. :S

SiS sealed box and set inside got fingerprints LOL. Tells you a lot about the quality control.

bought the double dip casing to go with it.totally amazing!

went to tribunal branches today and got a yellow form(Borang 1), the staff there asked me went home and fill the form and then provide the receipt clearly, all must filled in 4 copies.

my according to the procedure i read, consumer have to send one of borang 1 to the opposition is it? the staff didnt told me because that time the tribunal almost closed.

for the shop: 1 copy borang 1 & 3 copies borang 2.
print another copy borang 1 for yourself.

if you hand deliver to the shop, ask them to chop your copy of borang 1 to show they received it. if they refuse to chop, you can take picture or video of you leaving it at their premises and then proceed to commissioner of oath to angkat sumpah to say you gave it to them.

OR

you can send via POS DAFTAR, request for AR from the person at post office. fill up everything and kow tim. after POS deliver, they will mail a copy of the AR to you, bring the copy of AR to tribunal court on your hearing date.

it is damn easy...
