When I park my foldie in the motorbike parking area, I do take the pedals off and keep them with me in the office...

And I sometimes do take the pedals off when the bike is parked outside Sundry shops while I get my stuff.  So that it's not so easy to just take it and cycle away.

The red bar end grips really do help when I am riding uphill. One main purpose is to allow you to pull hard on the bar end to propel the bike uphill faster by using your back muscles. The other purpose is to give you another way to rest your palms when touring.

Its a imitation Ergon bar end grip as I am just testing the feel first. If I like it enough, I may another one for my other bike.
the original goes for something like rm120 to 150

if you have enough money, get the original... you wont regret it.

My Dahon Speed P8 (or P27)  going through a complete service or reformat as I call it.  Chain, cassette, RD, FD, crank, BB taken out for greasing and cleaning. Frame cleaned and cables checked! Every nut and bolt locked tight. Rims trued and hubs checked. Ready for Penang trip now!  At the rear another Tern P9 is waiting for the same treatment. They have been giving me RM80 for each service like that. Hehehe.

So the 99 thing is used to lubricate? Been thinking of doing the same owing to sand and mud from cycling in rain biggrin.gif
