Hi... Im got problem with umobile internet... Im stay in melaka where umobile 3g share with maxis 3g.. The problem is Im switching from Xiaomi Mi3 to galaxy s6.. before switching phone idont encounter any problem with my internet speed. When I switch to S6 my internet speed only Edge. When I outstation somewhere in KL or JB I dont have any problem with my internet. The problem when Im in melaka. I already call customer service.. and my problem still unsolved.

Did you try getting phone setting or manual setting for 3G? Try manual select on network provider first and see if you can log into 3G.

1)No need open data roaming.
2)Force your setting to 3G ONLY. Choose DiGi/celcom (dun choose umobile and maxis)
3)then choose back to Umobile, if dun have umobile then choose maxis

if still cannot, reboot phone, then redo step 2 and 3

I believe the Maxis subforum is supported directly by Maxis themselves..
So need Umobile to speak to LYN forum ppl which I doubt will happen...

Nowadays feel umobile get 80 to 100 percent signal in 4g or h+ also no internet connection. What could be the problem?

mayb congested after the u28 promo. last time when celcom launch basic 38 a lot of ppl also complaint the signal issue.
