wa u say like this, i really didn't notice got annually or not, because insurance those renewal do charge annually, but umobile got no renewal of postpaid, so should be first time charge only, but i never use same card ( even same number ) more than 6 months, would keep porting to maximize my benefit of being dealer
no, prepaid credit forfeited, nothing related to your postpaid bill
yup i believe thats 1 time only, and u might switch/mnp to umobile with me
IMPOSSIBLE, if ur credit more than 30 , they would ask u to CONFIRM that credit would be forfeited, do u agree
Hi, PM me details of benefit in switching with you instead of going SC..
Thanks!

The umobile service centre told me that a lot of prepaid convert to postpaid

..
U Mobile Haziman My- Hi, if you convert from U mobile Prepaid to Postpaid, then your Credit will be brought over completely.
Just make sure that it is RM100 or below, or else the excess amount will be forfeited/burned.

Can you screen capture the FB reply and attach it here? I may be going to SC later today. Can help clarify there.
