If it is not your own doing then complain to skmm

I have a personal number (umobile postpaid 28 a month) which call about 10 minutes a month and use very less data for whatapp & FB only. That's because I have a company maxis line.

Is there a big difference between umobile postpaid & prepaid nowadays ? both have international roaming, both have data, etc... It would be great if somebody can let us know

On U50. What's the difference with P50 ? Worth switching ? My calls are about 80-90 minutes monthly off net.

Oh... that's bad for me. 95% of my calls are people from maxis and Celcom. I think better stick to old U50 plan.

wait a minute... where got better? doesn't the old U50 have packaged 100minutes offnet and unlimited onnet ? the new P50 have 50min offnet and 30min a day on-net.

Want to ask something about prepaid international roaming (for calls and SMS not data). The FAQ said international roaming not available to prepaid but the then the rate page says NEW. I called their customer service on yesterday and today. Yesterday one said got prepaid international roaming but today one said prepaid international roaming does not exist. haiz...

Correct me if I'm wrong.

It would seem logical to stay with u50 or move out to digi smartplan 50 which cost RM45/monthly and also get 100 minutes call bundled.
Either that, move to UMI30. get 1.5gb data and an additional 70 minutes would cost RM7. so total RM37, I assume - and there is little difference now from postpaid to prepaid since there is international roaming on both

My calls are mostly to 50% maxis and 10% umobile and 40% others and my data hardly 1gb a month. Rarely I exceed 100minites call.

Is this chargeable or form part of the "free" SMS ?

It's either consumer pay gst or telco increase price or telco reduce benefit over time.

I last time use u50 then change to u28. Reason is data 3gb enough. Buy add on pack 8 ringgit. Best of all sms got free so save me about 5 to 7 ringgit sms

yes I use more than that. about 100-120 minutes a month. Also about RM6-7 worth of normal SMS. so u28 better than p50.

Nowadays feel umobile get 80 to 100 percent signal in 4g or h+ also no internet connection. What could be the problem?

Last time I use u50. No complain. But changed to u28 and now data slower. Or sometime h+ or 4g but no internet.

I'd rather have a consistent 2mbps than a inconsistent 20mbps like what is happening now.

why sending sms so slow? 5 minutes also cannot get! affecting services like getting bank pins, etc,,,
