900+ sqft to only have one bedroom with a window sounds idiotic to me.

designer fail la, not luxurious at all, just lousy planning. you try go ask any ID or architect, the layout does not make sense at all.
some unit facing car park, wtf really? such big prime land, they die die choose to build car park and unit side by side. imagine parking everyday have to walk so far to building to take lift.

The best part is residential block facing medium cost apartment next door and carpark block facing IKEA.

From this already know the architect fail big time.

i so look forward to buy property opposite mytown when mytown launch. turn out this layout and design. everything down to drain.
beside MRT, Mytown & velocity also can fail. Its just 1 station away from TRX. so much potential but fail

Sales rep Boustead informed me this land is bought by Binastra (but has not appeared in news yet). So Binastra bought 2 lands from Boustead and Sunway bought. 3 lands sold to them in Cochrane.

Nup, the one sold to Sunway was parcel opposite MRT and not next to MRT

Heard that the coming new developer ( Binastra / sunway) will convert to commercial land from residential title (one Cochrane phase 2) ,then the will link sky bridge to Mytown Shopping Mall… OCR phase 1 becomes more privacy and added value on .. furthermore the OCR phase 2 new developer sure maximum their profitable by constructing 4 towers , 50 floors on the above car park likes SV two after converting to commercial titles …

True. I passed through OCR just now. The traffic is heavy in front of the condo as this is the main road. Can't imagine when all the condo and service apartments are completed, the traffic will be even worse. Luckily OCR is the closest to the traffic lights towards Jalan Tun Razak/TRX
