may i know those who manage to get loan approved... do we need to pay any fee? like stamp duty, legal fee?
bcoz one of the banker told me need to pay lawyer fee... but if i am not wrong when i purchased the EW SA told me all included... no need pay any single sen... is that true? |

just got a called from EW on ES project.. confirmed cancel DIBS and additional 4%... mean total 7%...
haiz... 50 50... dunno wanna drop or still proceed buy... |

i noticed... fennel still offering DIBS on today the star paper which is will be end before 31 dec 2013... wonder why ES cannot offer it anymore?
