My experience is if customer service, 3 times swipe to waive. If you insist to cancel, card retention unit will call back few days later and then will become 1 time swipe to waive.

Same here. Tried so many times, even went to the branch. Still unable to do. Apparently they are having some update on their system or stuff like that and there is an issue on OTP. I am trying to register the OTP for the first time.

Nice but so short period!

hey, can rhb cc cancel by calling customer service? or kiosk ( at tesco )?

Wish they come back with 5% cash-back for Oct/Nov period when I'm travelling.

haha still acceptable as they are popular Asian tourist destinations.

Covers the most Asian countries Malaysian will frequent... this 3% would somehow cover the "forex admin charges"

tried to apply RHB-Sogo Card recently, but it got rejected...when i ask, the lady said high commitment...

Hi everyone

I am trying to access to my RHB account via RHB logon website, to check my Credit Card outstanding.

However after I answered 3 of the questions, it prompt and mentioned that I need to register my mobile phone number via RHB ATM machine.

Meaning that I will have to insert my Credit Card into the ATM machine and proceed to register the mobile phone number?
