despite the system prompt you to register via ATM, you cannot input your mobile thru ATM.

i have called the internet banking hotline number, however its keep repeating their advertisement in english and bahasa malaysia, im on the line for 10 minutes and no one picking my call..

i was able to talk to them, need few days to process after you update them the phone number

I already cancelled my RHB credit card 2 weeks ago, but when I login to RHB Now I can still see my credit card account, was it considered cancelled or still active?

Had called RHB CS enquiry on this, was told past account history will be displayed. Was that the case?

Just curious whether it is worth it to upgrade my RHB visa classic to RHB platinum. The annual fee can be killing !!

Yes... you need to manually remove it via account management in the same portal.
RHB should put it [CLOSED] to the CC number. Good effort to keep it as historical reasons.

i just applied for a new RHB Plat CC today at Paradigm.
Got my physical card in less than 30 minutes (although advertised as 10 minutes), still very quick i must say !

Basically the main attraction for me is the PPL entry at KLIA2. Others i am not sure yet, will lurk here often,

nope, only 1 per receipt per day. T&C. unless the outlet close one eye

yeah, i don't think they will centralized the system 3 outlets nearby your house, so jealous.

Need to drive 5-10 mins to from outlet to outlet too. But if have free slices of cakes then why not? Haha..

i just get rejected for increasing credit limit for my travel money . My income is 3000 / month . when i first get it one year ago my income was 2200/month . Outstanding is more thn 50% , is this the problem that fail to credit increase? i able to get a temporary increase but not the permanent one .

the Reason Why You X get Credit Limit Increment from RHB:
i) Your Previously UOB 1 Credit Card Still under Restructure in CRISS Report
ii) > 50% of the Outstanding Balance on Your RHB Travel Money

i been charge RM50 for gst.. so i call to cancel..
they say will waive if i spend 3 swipe within 1 month, i say ok and swipe the 3 time, they refund back the 50 and i use up the 50 again and i call to cancel again

now they tell me.. becoz we waive the RM50, u MUST continue use 1 year.. i like WTF u say 3 time i get back the 50, now u say i cannot cancel? so after 1 year kena gst again and forever cannot cancel..

i got so angry.. i tell them i WANT TO CANCEL i DONT CARE

they say: ok u can cancel but we will charge u back the 50. really fakkup..

i say go ahead and charge la.. i wan to cancel no matter what..

You can choose to cold storage the card for 11 months then cancel, before the GST is imposed again.

Or pay the RM50 they charged back. Otherwise, you may be black listed and that will affect your future financial related application.
Arguing with licensed financier on matter like this, you will be at the losing end.
