haha rhb really has one of the worst cs. i asked them why ewallet only get 0.2% the fella reply me about the ewallet campaign.

They may have mixed the info between card features and campaign term and condition. hmm.gif

only RHB typical with "travel mcc", they like to exclude this mcc even though it is with OTP

online transaction doesn't related to MCC but based on OTP

Grabpay, TNG wallet, Shopee Pay, Boost all join DuitNow now, so they are almost equal at DuitNow QR merchants (Maybank QRPay merchants and Boost merchants are displaying new Duitnow QR now).

TNG wallet and Shopee Pay users can pay at Boost's merchant (with new Duitnow QR) already. But "I scan" QR only.

Because we having issue for TNG reload.
If you reload manually, it show TNG
If you reload with saved card, it show TNG E-COMM
and we got cash back for TNG-ECOMM 0.2% only which under as others category.

Problem now is, even the MCC code is same, do rhb verify again with [DESCRIPTION] as stated in TNC?
So MCC code is not the final factor to verify eligibility to get cash back?

Worse it seems CL for Islamic card and conventional is shared combined.
