Hi, did anyone tried pay tnb or other utility bills thru RHB Now Online using credit card and eligible for RM30 CB?

Just to share,
For the RHB RM30 CB campaign, I checked with RHB CS. They said Utility Bill Payment using JomPay is eligible for the campaign.
So, lets see whether true or not in next month.

Bill payment with Jompay can get Rm 30 cash back.
But I miss 1 week CB, so I think Astro payment may not counted for the spending. Now waiting reply from CS.

In the previous campaign, I managed to get RM30 for TNB & Astro bill. That time I used Jompay but now since Jompay no longer eligible for cash back, not sure this payment method still eligible or not.

Not sure as I just paid TNB bill thru MyTNB app for the 1st time during early May.
But I think that it should be eligible since the tnc did not exclude utilities payment. Let's wait n see the result.

I just checked with Citibank CS. For BigPay reload on 4 July, the MCC is still 6012. Not sure about Boost.

Is it RHB supplementary card can only applied through branch?
The customer service replied as below:

Please be informed that the minimum age of the applicant must 18 years old. The principle cardholder need to bring the supporting documents to the nearest RHB branch (except RHB Islamic if the card is conventional type product). The branch officer will perform 1st verification with the principle. You may get the form at the branch.

The Supporting Document
1. Last 3 month bank statement
2. Last 3 month salary slip
3. Confirmation employment letter (if applicable)
4. EPF statement of 6 months

So troublesome for adding supplementary card..

I received only 2 sms yesterday. 1 stated RM8 cb, another RM15cb.
Log in into RHB portal today. Total 3 cb awarded. 1 x RM8, 2 x RM15.
Maybe if same value cb, they only send 1 sms regardless how much we won.

I believe there are description error for week 4 rewards. Tier 1 written as tier 2.

I managed to get intormation regarding the tier 1 Ecommerce Q1 campaign. It is out of my expectation to be so competitive even in tier 1. For Tier 2 ewallet understandable.

Cash Back Max Out Time = 12:00:11 AM

Yes for Q1. Now not sure. Maybe can be even more competitive.

I think they mistaken with Q4 2022 campaign. I also emailed and asked regarding the Q1 2023 everyday deals campaign. They claimed i received RM120 cb for Everyday Deals Q1 2023 but i showed them that RM120 is for Everyday Deals Q4 2022 campaign. Until now no further update on this matter.

RHB too pandai to spin for this campaign.

Received this reply on 14 July. Asked them to investigate again because that is for Q4 2022.




Then, received this email from them today that I am not entitled for any cashback.



However, I received the cash back already.



They still don't want admit that they miss out this campaign.

Definitely, I experienced few times RHB CS gave wrong info.
Even the relevant department (which handle the campaign prize/ CB) also gave wrong information. Can refer back to my old post regarding Everyday Cash Back Q1 campaign.

You can asked the customer service agent to request the relevant department for further checking and contact you later. In fact previously (during May 2023 i think) they gave out information such as my spend time, cash back max out time. Can refer back to my old post. However, after few times dealing with them, I am not sure whether all the information they gave are accurate or not.

Yes, Received it after 12pm.

Yes, same to me. Quite a number of my transaction after 0.00.15 also not qualified. Extremely competitive even for tier 1.

Edited for wrong into on tier 1. Tier 1 still online.
Offline is for daily deals.
