What's the best cash back card aside from visa signature card?

World Mastercard good (>1%) for travel, petrol and dining.

It's "online retail purchases"....obvious implication is buying stuffs online....but does that extend to online payment for utilities, insurances, BP?

if you refer to their T&C, 3.17 only states FPX and JOMPAY is excluded.....

my colleague say very easy to win the weekly contest. But his spending is not reload BP and ewallets.

I don't know the reason. Selective prosecution.
So now I move away from Govt, Bigpay, Boost. Usually I won if not on Govt, BP, Boost.

I never tried on utilities, but it is not excluded. Not excluded doesn't mean entitled, for RHB CC games.

I paid to Sarawak Energy a few months ago, for RHB Debit card usage campaign, I did receive CB.

10.1 Eligible Cardholder will be rewarded a RM25 cash back on minimum 3 swipes (minimum RM80 per swipe) within the Participating Week, subject to a maximum of 1 time during the participating week and 12 times during the entire Campaign Period. Accumulated swipes and spends will be started fresh on every first day on the next Participating Week.
For example, Customer A swiped 10 times (accumulated RM1,000) from 1st July – 7 th July 2019 and he is to be rewarded a RM25 (assuming he is within the top 1,400 with the highest swipes). On 8 th July onwards, he/she has to accumulate 3 swipes and above within the participating week in order to receive RM25 cash back, subject to a maximum 1 time per participating week and 12 times during Campaign Period, as per allocated capping.

10.2 Top 1,400 Eligible Cardholders with the highest swipes (minimum RM80 per swipe) within the participating weeks will be rewarded with an additional RM25 cash back on top of the usual cash back or reward points received.
