i been charge RM50 for gst.. so i call to cancel..
they say will waive if i spend 3 swipe within 1 month, i say ok and swipe the 3 time, they refund back the 50 and i use up the 50 again and i call to cancel again

now they tell me.. becoz we waive the RM50, u MUST continue use 1 year.. i like WTF u say 3 time i get back the 50, now u say i cannot cancel? so after 1 year kena gst again and forever cannot cancel..

i got so angry.. i tell them i WANT TO CANCEL i DONT CARE

they say: ok u can cancel but we will charge u back the 50. really fakkup..

i say go ahead and charge la.. i wan to cancel no matter what..

i will just payback the RM50..cancel and forget about it.

previous i cancel time i say i will pay the RM50 and i wanna cancel.. the cs say just swipe 3 time and u can get back the 50.. didnt mention need to wait another 1 year..

i call again, say ok i wan cancel..  RM50 is CR, they cannot refund by cash to me so i cannot cancel.. now i use up all the waive and 0 outstanding and they telling me this   

Just cancel and pay up the RM50. waste my time only

received CS called just now and the CS barked at me just because her offered did not accepted by me and I insisted to cancel the credit card.

is RHB CS that bad nowadays. I called the CS to cancel my card the other day and she sound bad, now offered me to retain the card but yet doesn't sound sincere and barking pulak when I kept declining the offer

When i call to waive AF , RM500 + RM30 GST. The lady told me need to pay first.

On my online account i can see that they waive it 3 days after i put in the request. Don't even need to pay first.

Why go to booth when you can get your card approved within 10 minutes from a card center?

u can try go to Paradigm Mall... i believe the booth is always there to serve u....

The last time I used the DIGI rm50 evoucher it was the other way round, I couldn't use it to purchase discounted item but RRP item. Anyway I learned my lesson and told myself never to buy clothing or bags online (unless I know the product) cos what u see n u like online always disappoint.

No need switch, apply wise And share the credit limit to it..then you can enjoy both card since mach annual fees is free

the question that I need to ask is, why dont you cancel it rather than wondering whether will it cancel itself?
