MNCs there only bring low and medium class workers? Again lots of unresearched remarks. Do you know that the data center has 3 main levels of workers: Line 1 who answer the 1st phone calls- basic salary is 4k, Line 2 phone calls- 10k and Line 3 - around 15-20k. All these MNCs have First Line Managers, 2nd line Managers and Director. If they hire only low to medium class workers what ate the International Schools for? Are you equating MNCs to biscuit factories? A load of jokes.
And I don't want to comment too much about China/ Vietnamese doll. A Chinese/ Vietnamese international students have better economy catalyst and more sustainable. But I do see a lot of dolls in Jalan Alor but not in Mont Kiara nor Desa PC.

first thing first, do your research about CBJ with Setia Haruman.

Setia Haruman wants to project CBJ as another unique and high class township, your ideas about doll and nightclub are the last thing Setia Haruman wants it to happen because they won't want CBJ to become another Puchong or Cheras. 4D Magnum , Toto and other businesses are not allowed to operate in CBJ, you so hai or what when you even suggest nighclub and China doll in CBJ?
