Investment are saying growth rate. We want fast fast to earn money. Not wait 5 - 10 yr to earn. Too late. If CBJ after 5 yr only can see it "Wong" then is lousy investment. 5 yr later maybe Rimbayu more happening than CBJ. Or Semenyih also better than CBJ.

the beauty about investments is there are always choices

u do your homework and if the risk profile versus returns are not to your liking, u move on.

But, somehow i just love cyberjaya so maybe the rental is not that great but i am still happy smile.gif
Note - Actually, never plan to sell any of my prop. Will keep it until the day i died. LOL

I think developer should stop launching small units....I dont know how my unit going to rent out .......with so many picheon hole launching.

Not many places can boast of sure "Wong" after 3 years. If there is can u tell me where is it? Rimbayu and Semenyih can be more wong than CBJ earlier than CBJ? U must be kidding. What are the catalyst for population growth, investment coming in and Gov support? Is it near to KLIA/ KLIA 2 or just near to kampung? Any MNCs within the township to attract white collar worker? Looks like some people try to bulldoze their opinion without looking at hard facts. Lol.

im guessing ure referring to parking at putrajaya ERL station?
how about parking at park & ride at cyberjaya..i assume it has feeder bus to putrajaya station
this facility is next to kanvas btw hehe

I only know 1 formula will bring the area "Wong" :

'When the China Doll or Vietnamese girl started to move around in that area, it is the time for that area to be Wong'

This formula work 100% accurately for me for the last 20 yr. These girls represent the biz activities. More girls, more biz activities. More Wong. And property price will shoot higher. Tenant demand increase.

CBJ has all MNC company. These company only bring low and medium class worker. Will not able to push up the property price fast. That why u will see these people stay outside CBJ. It will go up but at the lower rate. U can't BEAT the market.

I am monitoring CBJ too. If I found China doll/Vietnamese started to do biz around, its time to consider BBB especially the commercial. If a night club come lagi best but not Hard rock.

Just share my experience.
