This is out of my expectation, I thought there should be many condo units left. I dont think ppl will buy expensive condo for short term flip, might hold the unit and waiting for capital appreciation.

But, see many described it as exclusive.. so just kpc to know how many owners can really enjoy the good view.. hmm.gif

Just for sharing, if the sound proof for door/windows not good, the noice from main road/track is quite irritating.

For Jaya to stay long, need those expats to work and stay in CBJ.. goods selling in Jaya is pricy for normal local.. I'll go for fine dine once a while but not shopping there even I'm living here.. tongue.gif

1. Kota Warisan
2. Dengkil
3. Cyberjaya.
Can't find why people will go Nilai! ;-)
