seriously, why don't you guys try to rent a room and stay in cyberjaya for 3 months and feel it yourself?

Just came back from cyber.

I only went to Shafsbury and Mirage. Shafsbury got more cars than what i expected...the parking infront all full, some cars are park beside the shop...more shops open, noticed some cafe open in 1st / 2nd floor, can survive ? 

happy to see mat selleh in Starbucks, it indicate cyber is liveable to them...

Mirage:

only 7 units left (lakeview 3bedroom), cheapest $1.1M   

This is out of my expectation, I thought there should be many condo units left. I dont think ppl will buy expensive condo for short term flip, might hold the unit and waiting for capital appreciation.

I think those facing lake are all 3bedroom condo and all vr expensive...

facing track is my concern too, as u noticed the structure is a curve....so some units are far from the track

Anybody managed to secure a unit in Autoville?.. Heard many ppl queing in the waiting list to get a unit there.

Beg to differ , but i found a hidden gem in cyber which have the potential to yield 100% return if the buying and selling price was right (according to my calculation) , it's good for own stay , corporate leased , or just rent it as it is. Way better then Pangaea.

Buy over the company. Be her boss. Sign her employment contrat as long as u can to tight her up for vely long term. Make sure wifey has no idea bout tis.

Transportation is another critical key in the growth of an area. So far, the next phase of MRT is rumored to stop at Putrajaya, just short of Cyber. I suggest the whole Cyber community go and protest when the blueprints are out for public view and feedback. Pull the rails and extend it to Cyber, then only, we will be talking real business, as far as a development boom is concern.

Also to attract those stay nearby Cyberjaya, for instance, 16 Sierra or D'Alpinia, Alam Santuary, Tmn Equine, Lestari Putra, Tropika Prima at SKVE etc...

now ppl willing to pay money to study Cyberjaya

which one is the nearest mall for Xiamen U students ? they need entertainment right ?

many buildings but no matter what seems under populated. happening? i say sunway area or PJ is better. Still a new area? perhaps. but still cannot see why is it so great other than the decent looking infra.

They chose Salak Tinggi maybe becoz it is next to Nilai, the Education town

Salak Tinggi is not that near to Cyberjaya. From cyber u need to go to Dengkil, then Kota Warisan then only reach. Student spillover should be more to Nilai

At a place like between Cyberjaya and Nilai, if I'm student, I'll choose to stay Nilai than Cyber, cheaper rental.

I agree with Jason but u are right too....Cyberjaya target certain segment of student....

some ppl will still call for a cab even the destination is within walking distance...
