So many mosques?
the mosque i talking about is next to sepang municipal near by CUCMS/SHELL, located at persiaran seamark api.
I booked a unit of tee land's third avenue but now i m bit scare because it located near the mosque (from map in the booklet [CyberADS Magazine]) and those high voltage transformer.

That all depends.
We never know. But as the area is non population area...the environment shud be pretty much the same like mosques in putrajaya.

Expect the usual loudspeaker During azan & friday prayer.

HI bro/sis, Im not saying that Mutiara ville is bad, but there are many choices....try to compare all and see which one u like the most and able to rent it out.

Investment cum ownstay is a good strategy to invest in cyberjaya.
