If not mistake Eco sky 900ft2 shall be RM 650psf after discount and just partial furnish with only 1CP right.
And lakeville 900ft2 is RM 570psf after discount with fully furnish n 2CP. What I see this 2 project are just in same price range. Coz 1 is freehold 1 is leasehold.
Than lakeville is cheaper than Kiara east, both leasehold n fully furnish.

leasehold VS freehold might not that heavy 'factor' now to a certain extent.

my only concerns for this property and EcoSky is the traffic during Thaipusam. Got a fren stay in symphony height, everytime Thaipusam is near, he need to work from home.

can take ktm kommuter.

To be fair, EcoSky, Lakeville and KiaraEast are not affected much by Taipusam celebration. They normally use Jalan Ipoh rather than Jalan Kuching....

Symphony Height by Huayang is different story. They are located in the epic centre of Taipusam where the roundabout is located. Even the famous porridge restaurant Pan Heong will close for 3 days during the celebration.

Those who stay in Penaga is the worst affected.....

amara also would be affected.

but actually ecosky also will be effected because the roundabout would be almost at a standstill too causing spillover congestion.

Where is Amara?

For Ecosky, one can use back inroad via Taman Wahyu to come out to Jalan Kepong and then goto Duke and NSE and Penchala or Sprint. Tiada masalah. Lakeville will be even closer to such accesses.

why want to worry abt Thaipusam where only a few days in a year u will get affected.....I am more worry about the high tension cable nearby n the incinerator nearby, those are impacting your life every seconds, minute, hour, day n night....

They incl also dryer. And 1 year free maintenance and free loan legal (incl loan stamp)..and mClub discount. The two carparks are side by side. Just realised there are many units below 550psf..now have to really consider but still concern on the high density.

Are you aware that at least one or two blocks are reserved for affordable housing?

referring to what you mention....actually dont need to wait already, can go grab a unit there...oh not!!! go grab one floor of units there!! lol!!!
by the way....i also got one unit for investment which below RM550psf..but....still concern about whether should i take one more unit at higher floor?
any suggestion?? as PSF at higher floor not so expensive if buy bigger size with balcony...

I benchmark it vs midfields2, similar builtup size and both leasehold , but i feel mf2 location is better. Lakeville is higher psf but and much more furnishing. Both have separate carpark block. But mf8 there is long Q and lakeville is so-so response only. Maybe because ytl vs mahsing, or the location?
