Just booked a unit today. Commented that the sales response was a bit slow and the sales staff claimed it's due to public viewing not open yet. My unit price is RM592800 for a 978 sq ft. Comes fully furnished with 2 car parks.

fully furnished until what extend??

my definition of 'fully furnished' should have at least the below following:
kitchen cabinet (hood + hob)
water heater
aircond
fridge
washing machine
wardrobe in bedroom
*
Fully furnished lists include everything that u stated...including oven, door pip hole...

but rm592k for leasehold + commercial title seems too expensive ler.....right?
*
Rm592k b4 discount.....net price around rm572 psf...still a bit expensive but then no new cheap properties nowadays...so take some risks...

It is only slightly cheaper than ecosky but given the comparison such as freehold vs leasehold and the density hence ithink lakeville pricing is actually on par or even higher.
Nevertheless, rm600k for a close to 1000sf with 2cp sounds like a pretty sweet deal.
Congrats.
Given that first movers are at rm600psf i wonder what would be the psf when it comes to the final block.
How was the overall sales so far?
*
Ya...when compared with Eco, it's like comparing orange with grapefruit...similar thing wit different taste...I thought for some time also as both projects completion dates r almost the same...worried of over supply then if wanna sell...

By the time I paid booking at 5pm, kl view already sold out until 21st floor....pool view also reached 15th floors...

Yes. According to the SA, the affordable housing won't be more than rm400k...however, the list of eligible buyers will have to come from government...just like Prima scheme...that's why I decided not to wait for the affordable housing as dont think can get even though income within the guidelines...

In the layout plan, the 'future launch' stands for affordable housing....

Ya, the SA strongly emphasize that the affordable housing will have separate facilities...in fact, the 6 blocks of serviced apartments would have barriers to separate them from the PR1MA blocks...but all these are not in black n white la.... Moreover, the confirmed access would still be from tmn. Wahyu main road, which definitely would be too small for the number of residents there....

Today went to the sales office with my friend and in the end she bought a unit from SA, know as Soo. Coz she's attracted to the laminated floorings in all the rooms...lol..
So far almost 70 units already booked. Apparently they will officially advertise the project in media soon next mth. Block B would open for sales with increase of psf by additional RM30 once block A almost fully booked (as usual la)...

Show room still in construction so if interested, have to go to Wisma Mahsing, opposite South gate mall directly...every weekend will have events there until show room completed next month at the project site.

I bought a unit at Lakeville even though I'm very concern on the incinerator. As my relatives have been staying at Jinjang Utara (quite near to Wahyu la) for >20 yrs and most of the time when I stay there, I can smell the rubbish 'perfume' even from afar & can't understand how the they survived....but the strange thing is, my relatives & the ppl in Jinjang seem obnoxious to the smell....maybe after smelling it almost everyday, especially strongest smell on rainy days, human nose really can get used to it...lol..

rclxms.gif strongly agree..I've worked in Bank (loan dept) for 8 yrs.. When ever some1 said leasehold not that good coz only have certain yrs remaining (i.e.70 yrs etc), I'll reply "u won't be living in that hse by the end of the tenure anyway. So y think so much?" Moreover if the land is freehold it's just a good point for developer to hike up the price.
In fact for some prime properties in KL such as Cheras/Kepong, ppl r buying like no one's business though tenure<70 yrs...lol
