as my understanding, SoFo is a concept for their 1st and 2nd floor which come with bathrooms and partition where you can make it like office or for housing purpose.

hmmmmm..you may right, however, that lake should be called as sungai batu which interconnected with other lake as well. therefore, all that areas are sharing the same SUNGAI! lol!!!
luckily, one of the forumers has mentioned the river of life project which is to improve the water quality and river cleaning these thing.
well...not that bad.. going to have a site visit first!!!

they have totally clear the site and start constructing something there already...
hmmm.. guess should be their sales gallery. dont know when going to launch the serviced apartment.

by the way....i also got one unit for investment which below RM550psf..but....still concern about whether should i take one more unit at higher floor?
any suggestion?? as PSF at higher floor not so expensive if buy bigger size with balcony...

yup! this is one of the selling point of them: semi-D concept..
sure worth if you buy one unit with balcony as the PSF much more cheaper compare to the smaller size after rebate.

by the way, that is not consider 'low cost' which selling about RM300k-RM400k. but you can register through government website if you are interested.
