Again, like the gerrymandering advantage, you guys should have seen this coming.

In Islam, we will just say "takda rezeki" and move on looking for other options.

Elmina really has to be a high end township with rm305psf launches

since i stay BJ quite near to DA, i decided to go look see look see and brought whole family go enjoy the free buffet (CKT was nice though)

the house are small mang.. rm800k is so expensive... might as well buy BJ house with that price... (5-6 yrs ago la tongue.gif )

Totally hard to compete.

Moreover, so many bumi buyers and esp staffs buyers ( who majority buying to flip and not stay )

Regia - 2631 sq ft on 30x69 land size.

At 828k with this built up n land size, SDProp will make more money because the land was cheap (or free) when it's acquired from d sister company (SD/Guthrie Plantations) long time ago.

BBB today.. they have called all the numbers + 10 waiting list today.

As at yesterday, only Ariza phase 1 priniting material is available.
Phase 2 Kanea and Phase 3 Regia, no catalogues yet, as it supposed scheduled to launch in August. AP not obtained yet for Phase2/3, I guess booking fees paid to the lawyer instead?

Bcz Denai Alam is their flagship product and township.

For Sime Darby, Denai Alam subsales going strong as well and their sales staffs really earned a lot. Now another wave.

For 800k...u can get a decent DSL in bukit jelutong..establish neighbourhood summore or u can get a corner unit in denai alam...
