Even 50% bumi..no eye see in subsales. It might b ok during bbb era over last few yrs...but 2 or 3 yrs time..emmm...

SD can never replica dpc, period. Dpc team has done so muc effort to it n maintain the environment. Not many developer can do it. If the arrangement n management of ballot also cannot manage properly..u believe they can manage the township like dpc..lol...u mus kidding me. Dream on.
