Regia - 2631 sq ft on 30x69 land size.

At 828k with this built up n land size, SDProp will make more money because the land was cheap (or free) when it's acquired from d sister company (SD/Guthrie Plantations) long time ago.

BBB today.. they have called all the numbers + 10 waiting list today.

I worked at SD before, staff entitle for 7% discount once in every 7 yrs (except for some project eg Ara Hill) but

YES the good thing is that staff can always select the best unit before public at every launch.

I would like to buy Regia (30x69) facing taman at higher price @858k, but they're all GONE after the first 20 numbers.

balik at 1.30pm upon seeing all units facing taman GONE.

At that time Ariza got 1 double frontage corner direct facing TNB. This unit sure x laku till VP. May be SD can sell it at 500k later.

Keanna also still got 4-5 units corner.

Btw I did ask the rich unties (she was so lucky kena 2 units)/ and some rich uncles sit next to me..they did not read LYN...lol.

Only one unit 599k available no 40. Sold to one uncle balloting No 1.

She must be selecting either corner Keanna or Regia.

at least there're 4 unit (inter facing future school) + 1 double frontage cancellation for Ariza last week. Preference is given to the buyers in d waiting list (around 40-50 of them).

However they're now fully SOLD ....because d demand is much2 higher than supply.

Yes..I saw the Elmina presentation at d Sales Gallery n falling in love at first sight. Definitely much (5x) better than other SD township.

We hope the plan will materialize...
