Dream on. Elmina has no chance to b near to dpc. Even RA will struggle to form guardhouse if developer built fencing for them. Manyll not pay. Then hoo haa within each parcel on the guardhouse n maintainence fee. Ypu can check out with those RA. Lanscape wise, non strata title dev from sd mana ada cantik one..normal taman landscape only for sure n maintain by mpsa..wat can expect? Dpc? No way!

About to start balloting. More than 500 registered, only 100 will be called. Total phase 1-3 available 92 units only 95% phase 3. Other phase considered gone because corner units only.

elmina / denai alam / bukti jelutong is not that far from KL. hahaha...you can use guthrie to latar than onto selayang road heading to tun razak

distant about the same from kl to rawang.

min 80% of the buyers of phase 1 and phase 2 are investors (SD staff) that enjoying 5%+7% discount.....only bone or bread crumbs left on the table to buyers today

At ballot time, phase 1 left 9 units including one decent unit at rm599k.
Phase 2 left 12 units. From 709k onwards.
Phase 3 left 69 units. From >800k onwards.

For own stay, ok lah.

Congrats sd for off loading close to 300 units within 2 days.

Township wise, this is much better than denai alam.

By the way anyone knows where they will build the prima1? read somewhere there will be "236 landed strata units and 148 clustered home units" whatever that means.

Phase 1, out of 9 units only 1 intermediate and 8 are corners unit from 850K to 900k.
So basically no RM599 units, the 1 and only 599k is for show only, so that nobody can said no more RM599K unit prior to open for public.
