Lanscape wise, non strata title dev from sd mana ada cantik one..normal taman landscape only for sure n maintain by mpsa..wat can expect? Dpc? No way!

Phase 1, out of 9 units only 1 intermediate and 8 are corners unit from 850K to 900k.
So basically no RM599 units, the 1 and only 599k is for show only, so that nobody can said no more RM599K unit prior to open for public.
