The allocation is 50% bumi

10k is for booking fee. Downpayment is 10% minus your 10k

Facing lake is double frontage. Intermediate unit 712k

Correction is 713,888 for lake facing units

Facing lake is type B1, double frontage. Build up area 2,333sqft. Think also 20x89

Phase 2 cost more cos wider lot and different layout. Price RM599 & RM713k is before Bumi discount. There will be a 3rd phase which is even bigger but not launched yet, something like 30x100 or something la, didn't really hear cos cannot afford already
