i am planning to visit the rimbayu site....
initially saving my bullet for elmina, but it turn out to be quite dissappointed la.
small BU, not so nice layout.

I visited Denai Alam quite some time ago but it's still dam empty despite all these years.. Gone take some time before the whole place is filled up...

But I feel, too many ppl invested there so very less genuine home buyers... Take a drive there n u will realize a lot of empty units... even after 2 years since VP'ed..

If the same gone happen to Elmina then its not going to be healthy... A lot of SD staff r buying becoz they managed to flip their property in BJ and DA, so now moving to the newer ones to flip again...

Feel sori for genuine home buyers....

Yes, I also think it's unlikely to get a corner at rm800k in DA. Intermediate with bigger built-up yes. Even endlots are asking for at least 1mil for most units on sale.

still got la....in BJ.
park residence, kubah, green lane, birai...almost all area still got less than 800k.
for sure less than 500k no more la, unless condo and apartment.

schools dah siap. commercial area ada. petrol station is there. mosques is there.
nearer to highway summore.

I worked at SD before, staff entitle for 7% discount once in every 7 yrs (except for some project eg Ara Hill) but

YES the good thing is that staff can always select the best unit before public at every launch.

any idea what was the bumi quota for bj?
someone quoted da as 70%.
elmina is 50%.
hence i believe elmina would thrive much faster than DA.
also, i believe elmina location is better than DA.
DA have not so good infra (eg their sales office needs to be a loop under the main ramp) and also a main power transmission line cutting across it.

Even 50% bumi..no eye see in subsales. It might b ok during bbb era over last few yrs...but 2 or 3 yrs time..emmm...

Me & wife went, her number got called so went in to see with hope to get the Keana. The Keana 24x79 with BU of 2330sqf++ but only yhe end lot s available and the cheapest end lot goes ard $996k! I mean this is too much for me, not even properly guarded with proper card access and guard house. For this i could get GnG elsewhere....

Hence..........
