If u cant get this, u could also try SEH, tropicana heights@kajang. A lot of hardcore dijaya fans waiting for tropicana heights. This two projects surely BBB

I also find their price hard to swallow but they really have big fans. I have this friend, like to tapau all dijaya projects only.

It products too hard to swallow and none of their projects made me interested to follow even with 20% lower than actual price.

But, this time, I interested into their Canal City nee development. Awaiting the full masterplan and premium pricing for their phases.

Canal city next year launch i think. I dont expect cheap. Should be minimum rm2mil i believe for landed

For me its more of "a lot of walking time bombs everywhere".. IF anything happens to our economy wic impacts our job/interest rate/property bubble burst.. whistling.gif

Newspaper gone be filled up with bankruptcy cases/suicide cases... Our debt is shooting up extremely fast, nt sure how long more it can sustain, scary time ahead...
