I say most of the hate generated are because he posts scientific stuff and he is too skinny to back it up. Once he gets bigger, I'm willing to bet no one would point him out.

I did not made any money off it nor did I pushed any "Muscle Gainer XX" scam products on my page.

It was just a short documentary made to show the average skinny guy what can he achieve in 3 months with perfect training. It also highlights flexible dieting which serves to curb the "eat clean" myth.
Everything from my starting and ending stats including all my lifts were honest and transparent.

It's an education material for skinny guys who aspires to start gym so they can set realistic expectations and do not succumb to common dogma.

Gotta agree with this. However, information has to be presented with the right way so that it can reach the audience, else, what a waste.

Yup but people can get cocky really fast about their bodies and become assholes. Maybe not on the outside, but they definitely think they are the better men in the room just because they are 'lifting'

I'm with this ^

Lets not make lifting = egoistic. I somehow think that its super cool that we all have the same hobbies and this forum is a very good mean for us to exchange information and to share experience. Am kinda hoping to see more encouragement from the stronger/experienced one, other than just gaduh all the time.

Have a big heart, not just big chest. smile.gif

Just tune down the ego in you. Just because you lift, doesn't mean that you can look down to people who just starting to lift. Keep in mind, we were all like that before.

So share your knowledge like you would want someone who lifts more than you to share their knowledge with you.

Lift heavy, be humble. Be a humble bear.
