currently i do lots of heavy weight lifthing, for cutting i need to do drop sets or giant set, but now i been doing drop sets, example:-
if i do chest dumbell press 26kg x 12 then i drop 14kg x 12 28kg x 12 then i drop 14kg x 12 30kg x 12 then i drop 14kg x 12 Izzit ok for cutting...or i should go for lighter weight??? |

I can't lift those heavy weights at all, too heavy, I could only lift 10kg dumbbell...
